Conferences, award ceremonies, product launches, internal gatherings — filmed to give you marketing assets, not just a record of what happened.

Live events are expensive to produce and over in a day. The footage that comes out of them can become advertising, thought leadership, training material, and social content — but only if the filming was built around that from the start. Most event filming isn't. One camera, one angle, one undifferentiated edit. The opportunity to make the event work as a content engine is lost before it begins.
I've filmed events for organisations including Compassion in World Farming, Barnardo's and Dogs Trust — conferences, award ceremonies, and advocacy gatherings where the brief was always the same: make content that works beyond the day, not just a record of it.
Event footage used across your website, email, and social channels keeps the event working as a marketing asset for months — not days.
A well-cut film lets people who couldn't attend see the quality and credibility of your event — and builds trust with future attendees, sponsors, and speakers.
One filming day can yield a highlights reel, individual speaker clips, social cutdowns in multiple formats, and a longer editorial piece for your website.
Corporate event films support board reporting, staff comms, and advocacy work. The same footage does different jobs for different audiences when the edit is built with that in mind.
Strong footage from this year is the most convincing thing you can show potential sponsors and speakers for next year — more persuasive than a brochure or a deck.
For Compassion in World Farming's flagship regenerative farming conference, I filmed keynote speakers and ran separate interview setups for breakout sessions — capturing each element as standalone clippable content rather than one continuous event record.
Individual speaker clips were structured so the comms team could use them in ongoing campaigns throughout the year, embedding them in newsletters, social posts, and funding materials independently of the full event film. The approach turned a single conference day into a library of assets with a 12-month shelf life.
Stage, audience, and interview setups run simultaneously so nothing significant is missed. The number of cameras is agreed based on your event format during briefing.
Highlight reels delivered within 24 hours when needed. Standard full-edit delivery is 5–7 working days.
Editing, colour, captions, and social format exports — 16:9, 9:16 for Stories, and square — handled without third parties.
A conversation before the event to understand your goals so the filming plan is built around the outputs you need, not just the schedule on the day.
Event filming rates vary based on event duration, crew size, and the scope of the edit. Indicative rates, :
| Service | Rate | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Half-day event (up to 4 hours) | From £99/hr | Single-camera coverage, edited highlights reel, speaker clips if required |
| Full-day conference | From £1,200 | Multi-camera setup, full-day coverage, edited highlights film and social cutdowns |
| Multi-day event | By arrangement | Crew, equipment, daily edit turnaround, full asset library delivery |
| Interview content from event | +£400–£800 | Dedicated interview setup alongside main event coverage — separate speakers filmed to a usable standard |
A highlights reel can be delivered within 24 hours when that's needed — for example to share immediately after an awards ceremony or launch. Standard delivery for a fully edited event film is 5–7 working days.
Yes. I cover events across the UK. Based in East Sussex, I travel to London regularly and take events further afield by arrangement. For events in the South East, West Sussex, and Kent there is no travel surcharge.
Most events benefit from two to three cameras: a main stage angle, a second angle for wide shots and cutaways, and where needed a third for roaming interview or audience capture. The setup is agreed during briefing based on your event format.
Standard delivery includes a full edit for web or streaming, a social-optimised highlights reel in 16:9 and 9:16 for Stories, and individual speaker clips where required. All files are delivered in H.264 or ProRes depending on your downstream use.
Yes — and this is where strategic event filming earns its cost back. One filming day can yield a highlights reel, speaker clips, a recruitment film for next year's event, social cutdowns, and internal comms content. This is more achievable when the filming brief is built around those outcomes from the start.
