Audiences trust a real person more than a faceless brand. This is how you build that connection consistently, without it consuming your calendar.
People buy from people. Founder-led content — where the person behind a business talks directly to their audience — consistently outperforms branded content for trust, engagement, and lead generation. The problem is most founders don't have time to make it consistently. One focused filming day, with the right preparation behind it, produces content that runs for three months.
This programme is built around that reality. It's not about creating a content machine for its own sake — it's about making sure the founder's knowledge, perspective, and credibility are reaching the right people, without a daily time commitment that's unsustainable. Shape the themes, stories, and angles your audience will respond to — before a camera is switched on. Two hours of focused pre-production that makes everything else possible.
One filming day captures up to 24 pieces of content, coached and directed so they feel natural, not scripted. The day is structured around delivery — decisions have already been made.
Eight new posts edited per month, formatted for each platform, with captions and performance notes. Refined based on what the data says is landing.
A new content season every quarter keeps the library fresh and reflects where the business is now. The review session feeds directly into the next scripting day.
The programme is structured in three phases, :
| Phase | Investment | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Month 1 setup | £1,995 | Strategy workshop, pre-production, coaching, scripting, filming up to 24 pieces, and first-round review |
| Months 1–3 editing | £675/mo | Eight posts edited and formatted per month, performance testing, and ongoing consultation |
| Quarterly refilm | £1,200 | Performance review session, scripting day, and a new filming sprint for the next quarter |
A structured pre-production process — strategy workshop, content planning, scripting — means the filming day is focused on execution rather than decision-making. Up to 24 individual pieces are captured in a single sprint, then edited over the following months at eight posts per month. The key is preparation: without it, a filming day produces generic content. With it, it produces a library.
The strategy workshop takes roughly two hours. After that, the production team handles scripting, shot planning, and logistics. The founder's job on filming day is to show up ready to talk — not to produce the content themselves. Most founders find the day significantly less demanding than they expected.
LinkedIn is where most founders see the highest return from this format — particularly for B2B audiences. Content can also be adapted for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok depending on where your audience is. Format, length, and captioning are optimised per platform during editing.
The initial setup — strategy workshop, scripting, filming up to 24 pieces, and the first round of edits — is £1,995. Monthly editing and performance review is £675 per month over a three-month programme. Quarterly refilm sprints are £1,200. The full three-month programme runs to approximately £5,000.
Performance data from the first month informs the edit approach for months two and three — what topics and formats are landing, what isn't. The quarterly review and refilm is a deliberate reset point built into the programme. Founder-led content takes three to six months to build an audience; a single post rarely tells the full story.
